Iwalewa Akeem Arinola aka A.K Soul was born and brought up i Lagos Island. He attended Kwara State University. He was born in to a polygamous family. He is the first born of his parents. He was born on the 9th of June 1992. His home town is Ilorin. He got into music in 2008.
He grew up and listened to Da-Grin, Lord of Ajasa, 9ice, Reminsce, Vector, Eedris, 2shot, 50 cent, biggy 2pac, Souja Boi, Eminem etc he got the inspiration of music through these great starz in the music world. He is an Indigenous Rapper, he raps in English Language, Yoruba Language and the most commonly spoken language in Nigeria (PidGIN).
